If the front door is closed, please ring the doorbell and a member of the team will let you in.
The pet will be assessed by a vet and a treatment plan discussed with you.
Fees and Insurance Claim information:
You may be given an estimate prior to your appointment and if not, during your appointment with us. This is only an estimate and may change depending on the pet’s condition after assessment by our vets and will communicated to you. Please be aware you may be asked to pay the full estimate amount on arrival.
Any insurance details provided from the owners will be recorded. Only indirect claims are available so then Stoley's Vets will pay us and client then is requested to pay the Stoley's Vets directly.
Vets for Pets OOH Fees:
Routine consultation (8am-7pm) £70
Emergency consultation (7pm-10pm) £130 (10pm-8am) £300
Please be aware the owner is responsible for paying any excess, co-payments and or exclusions under the terms of the insurance policy at the time of treatment.
The full costs incurred at our practice will need to be settled upon collection.
